六氯環己-2,5-二烯-1-酮（Hexachlorocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one ），一種高效的氯化試劑，可以用于各種氯化反應，具有空間選擇性。

反應實例
1-羥基氯萘（4，5）。3（720 mg，5 mmol）在攪拌DMF（10 mL）中于20℃與2（301 mg，5 mmol）處理。48h后，濃縮混合物并進行色譜分析（Al2O3，庚烷：EA 7:3）。硅膠柱層析純化（庚烷：EA）得到0.8g的4+5（99%），o-：p-30:70。

2，3，5，6-tetrabromo-4-methyl-4-nitro-2，5-cyclohexadien-1-one（2.34 g，5 mmol）was added to the solution of 2-bromo-4-fluoro-phnylamine（0.95 g，5mmol）in dry thf（40毫升）.The mixture was stirred for 2 h at room temperature.The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purifed by column chromatography to give the desired product（0.82 G，70%）。
